The 3 Najdi-specific mistakes to avoid
1. Over-formal MSA in a Najdi reply
The formal MSA reply to a warm Najdi 5-star review creates the same disconnect as in a complaint context, but with a different consequence. In a complaint, the formal reply reads as defensive. In a 5-star context, it reads as cold — as if the business is going through the motions.
